    What happens when you fax an order to us?

	After you receive the cartridge, you return your
	initial cartridge in our shipping box. A Prepaid
        U.S. Postal Return tag is included. The package
	can be given to any U.S. Mail Carrier.

        If the item is not in stock, we call and arrange
	to have your cartridge sent in for recycling.
